Platform Transition Notice

🔔 IJTER is Transitioning to IORO Publication

We are excited to announce that IJTER is moving to the IORO Publication platform — a more capable and modern home for our journal and our authors. This page explains exactly what is changing, what stays the same, and what you need to do (if anything).

What is IORO Publication?

IORO Publication is a modern open-access publishing platform purpose-built for academic journals. It offers a streamlined submission workflow, integrated peer review management, automated DOI registration, and a cleaner author experience — all under one roof.

IJTER is joining IORO as part of a strategic decision to provide our authors and reviewers with a better, faster, and more transparent publication experience. Visit ioro.org →

What is Changing
  • New submissions must be made at ioro.org/portal/submissions/create. The submission form on IJTER.org now redirects there automatically.
  • The editorial board is now managed on IORO. New appointments and role changes are handled at ioro.org.
  • The author portal for submitting and tracking new manuscripts is now at ioro.org.
  • Future communications (review invites, status emails, editorial notices) will come from the IORO platform.
What Stays the Same
  • All published papers remain fully accessible here on IJTER.org and will also be mirrored on IORO — so your work has two permanent homes.
  • All DOIs (prefix 10.64823) will continue to resolve correctly. We are in the process of updating DOI records at Crossref to point to the new IORO platform, so all citation links will remain valid and uninterrupted.
  • Acceptance certificates remain downloadable from IJTER.org. No action needed — your certificate links are permanent.
  • Your IJTER login credentials work on IORO without any changes — same email, same password. No new registration required.
  • ISSN numbers (Print: 3068-1995, Online: 3068-109X) remain unchanged. IJTER retains its identity and indexing records.
  • Open access policy remains unchanged. All published papers continue to be freely available under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0.
What You Need to Do
  • 1. If you are submitting a new paper — go directly to ioro.org/portal/submissions/create and sign in with your existing IJTER email and password.
  • 2. If you want to check the status of a previously submitted paper — log in to IJTER.org as usual, or contact us at editor.ijter@ioro.org.
  • 3. If you are a reviewer or editorial board member — you will receive a separate invitation from IORO. Please reach out to us if you have not received it.
  • 4. If you have bookmarked any IJTER submission links — update them to ioro.org/portal/submissions/create. Old links will auto-redirect for now, but bookmarking the new URL is recommended.
